1. The service

pallu.shop provides a venue for members to list, discover and purchase fashion items directly from one another. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Listings

Sellers must describe items honestly, own the items they list, and only list fashion-related goods permitted by law. Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct

Harassment, spam, fraud and off-platform payment scams result in account removal. Keep communication respectful.

5. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for disputes between members.
